摘要

Abstract

To explore the structural composition characteristics of gut microbiota and its relationship with the health level of the host,the fecal samples of three crane species(Grus grus,Balearica regulorum and Grus virgo)in captivity were collected by noninvasive sampling method.16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology was applied to make comparison on interspe-cific differences on gut microbiota.The results demonstrated that:① The common dominant phyla of the three species included Firmicutes,Actinobacteriota and Proteobacteria,the common dominant genus was Lactobacillus,and significant interspecific differences were found at both phylum and genus levels;② The diversity and richness of the intestinal flora of Grus grus sample groups were higher than those of the other two crane species sample groups;③ Based on the KEGG database,the functional prediction results of the intestinal flora showed that the relative abundance of global and overview,energy metabolism,amino metabolism,and cofactor and vitamin metabolism in the Grus grus sample group were higher than those in the Balearica regulo-rum and Grus virgo sample groups;④ The preliminary prediction of potential pathogenic bacteria found that the top three phyla of pathogenic bacteria in relative abundance were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,and Patescibacteria,and the top three genera of pathogenic bacteria in relative abundance were Staphylococcus,Mesorhizobium,and Archangium.
