"Solid Foundation+Top Talent Cultivation":The Innovative Approach to Cultivating Chinese Languageand Literature Talents of Suzhou University

Abstract
As a crucial discipline in cultivating top-tier foundational subject talents,Chinese Language and Literature requires innovative approaches to talent development.Over the years,Suzhou University has pioneered a"Solid Foundation+Top Talent Cultivation"model.The broad-category cultivation model breaks through narrow disciplinary perspectives,by implementing three concrete measures that reflect interdisciplinary trends:strengthening general education curricula,adopting modular training programs,and integrating digital teaching methodologies.For cultivating"top talent",the university has achieved remarkable outcomes by establishing scientific selection mechanisms,designing personalized academic plans("one plan per student"),and enhancing its academy system.关键词
