Rapid determination of atrazine residues in agricultural products by BA-ELISA

Abstract
To quickly determine atrazine residues in agricultural products,based on the monoclonal antibody,an indirect competitive biotin/avidin-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(BA-ELISA)was constructed.Cucumber,corn and sugarcane were selected as samples,and the three samples were extracted with acetonitrile.The extracted liquid was purified by PSA,steamed to nearly dry,and the volume was fixed with methanol.The extract was diluted in different multiples to eliminate the influence of complex matrix.The content of atrazine in samples was determined by BA-ELISA method and compared with GC method.The results indicated that in the optimal reaction system,the detection limit of BA-ELISA was 0.52±0.13 μg/L,and the sensitivity was 12.24±1.28 μg/L.In BA-ELISA,the recovery rate of atrazine in the three samples ranged from 93.07%to 99.67%,the coefficient of variation ranged from 1.5%to 6.7%,and the detection time was about 1 h.The results of this method are basically consistent with those of GC method,so the rapid determination of atrazine residues in agricultural prod-ucts can be achieved by BA-ELISA.关键词
