高校学业导师制对大学生学业成就的影响机理研究
Influential Mechanism of Academic Tutoring System on Undergraduates' Academic Achievements

Abstract
The academic tutoring system has been implemented in numerous universities in China as a vital system for enhancing undergraduate education quality and promoting students' holistic development.Nevertheless,further investigation is warranted to ascertain its effectiveness and underlying mechanisms.This study,based on empirical data from a university in Anhui Province,systematically examines the impact of the academic tutoring system on students' academic achievements and its influencing pathways through a questionnaire survey and hierarchical regression analysis.The findings reveal that the academic tutoring system significantly enhances students' academic achievements by strengthening their professional identity and stimulating their proactive personal growth.Additionally,professional identity partially mediates the relationship between the academic tutoring system and academic achievements,while proactive personal growth plays a significant moderating role in this association.The study's findings have informed the formulation of policy recommendations,which include the establishment of a mutual selection system,the refinement of evaluation mechanisms,and the implementation of dynamically coupled guidance.The implementation of these recommendations is expected to optimize the execution of the academic tutoring system,thereby amplifying its positive impact on students' academic achievements.关键词
