烟苗移栽自动取投苗装置的设计与试验
Design and experiment of an automatic pricking and feeding device for tobacco seedling transplanting

Abstract
To improve the automation and successful pricking and feeding rate of automatic tobacco seedling transplanting equipment and to reduce the labor intensity of tobacco seedling transplanting,an automatic pricking and feeding device for tobacco seedling was designed by analyzing the mechanical properties of seedling plug and the transplanting process of tobacco seedlings.The key structure of the designed device was optimized,and the rationality and feasibility of the device were verified by computer simulation using UG and ADAMS software.Orthogonal experiments were conducted by taking substrate loss rate and successful pricking and feeding rates as the experimental indicators,and the pricking and feeding frequency,substrate moisture content and seedling age as the experimental factors.The results showed that under the conditions of pricking and feeding frequency of 60 plants/min,substrate moisture content of 57%and seedling age of 59 days,the pricking and feeding effect for tobacco seedling was the best with a substrate loss rate of 2.27%and a successful pricking and feeding rate of 95.87%.Compared with manual operation,the automatic pricking and feeding device for tobacco seedling can effectively complete the designed task.关键词
