承压设备局部焊后热处理方法和准则研究
Study on local post weld heat treatment methods and criterion of pressure equipment

Abstract
Aiming the problem of difficulty in uniform temperature control and eliminating residual stress for local post weld heat treatment of pressure equipment,two local post weld heat treatment methods of single heating and primary plus secondary heating were proposed,and the process criteria and theoretical design methodology were established.The results show that for pressure equipment requiring only weld performance recovery with low demands on residual stress elimination,the heating band width(HB)of 6t and the gradient control band width(GCB)of 2HB should be adopted when thermal insulation is applied to both inner and outer walls.For pressure equipment which requiring both weld performance recovery and residual stress elimination,when thermal insulation is applied to both inner and outer walls,the HB should be at least 3 Rt,while without inner wall insulation,the HB should exceed 5 Rt,with the GCB maintained at 2HB in all cases.When the heated band width in single heating local post weld heat treatment is too wide,it is recommended to employ the local post weld heat treatment by primary plus secondary heating.This study can provide a theoretical and implementation basis for local post weld heat treatment of large pressure vessel.关键词
