Impact of Regional Business Environment on the Business Performance of Sports Goods Manufacturing Enter-prises and Practical Strategies

摘要

Abstract

The business environment,as a systemic and mechanistic factor and condition involved in the market economy activities of sports equipment manu-facturing enterprises,is the key to breaking free from development bottlenecks and improving business performance.Based on the financial data of A-share listed and New Third Board listed sports goods manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2022,this study empirically tests the impact and mechanism of region-al business environment on the business performance of sports goods manufacturing enterprises,and explores the differences in the influence degree on differ-ent types of enterprises.Research has found that:(1)A favorable regional business environment has a significant positive impact on the business perfor-mance of sports equipment manufacturing enterprises;(2)Optimizing the regional business environment indirectly promotes the improvement of business per-formance of sports equipment manufacturing enterprises by reducing their operating costs;(3)There are differences in the impact of regional business envi-ronment on the business performance of sports equipment manufacturing enterprises in terms of enterprise size and innovation attributes,that is,the impact on small and medium-sized enterprises is greater than that on large enterprises,and the impact on innovative enterprises is greater than that on non innova-tive enterprises.Based on this,the following practical strategies are proposed:reducing costs and increasing efficiency,continuously alleviate the operational burden of sports equipment manufacturing industry;fair competition,establishing an equal development system and mechanism for large,medium,and small enterprises;innovation driven,actively cultivating innovative sports equipment manufacturing enterprises.
