香蕉叶活性炭/海藻酸钠复合凝胶球的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of BLAC/SA Composite Hydrogel Spheres

Abstract
Banana leaves activated carbon/sodium alginate(BLAC/SA)composite hydrogel spheres were synthesized by solution mixing method.The influences of SA mass fraction,CaCl2 mass fraction and BLAC mass fraction on hydrogel equilibrium swelling ratio were investigated.Moreo-ver,pH value responsiveness and the adsorption capacity of berberine hydrochloride by BLAC/SA composite hydrogel spheres were tested.The results showed that with the increase of SA mass fraction,the particle size of composite hydrogel spheres increased,and the equilibrium swelling ratio decreased;The mass fraction of CaCl2 had little effect on the particle size of(BLAC/SA)composite hydrogel spheres,but had a greater effect on the equilibrium swelling ratio.When the mass fraction of CaCl2 increased,the equilibrium swelling ratio decreased;With the increase of BLAC mass fraction,the particle size of composite hydrogel spheres gradually increased,and the equilibrium swelling ratio first increased and then tended to be flat with the increase of BLAC mass fraction.When the mass fraction of SA was 2%,the mass fraction of CaCl2 was 3%,and the mass fraction of CaCl2 was 3%,the equilibrium swelling ratio of the composite hydrogel spheres were small and changed little when the pH of the solution was less than 10.When the pH was greater than 10,the equilibrium swelling ratio increased rapidly,and the equilibrium swelling ra-tio in the system with pH of 13.43 can reach 9.59;The adsorption capacity of(BLAC/SA)composite hydrogel spheres for berberine hydrochlo-ride was greater than that of SA hydrogel spheres for berberine hydrochloride.关键词
