摘要

Abstract

A novel raspberry shaped iron cobalt oxide nanomaterial(R-CoFe2O4-ONMs)was synthesized using a soft template method and direct water bath heating with the help of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).We studied the ultra sensitive detection of ofloxacin(OFL)and cip-rofloxacin(CIP)in aqueous solutions using R-CoFe2O4-ONMs fluorescence detection.The results showed that the detection limits(LOD)for OFL and CIP antibiotics were 35.78 and 33.47 ng/mL,respectively.Study the effects of pH value,iron cobalt molar ratio,and initial material quality on the fluorescence detection performance of R-CoFe2O4-ONMs.At the same time,the quenching mechanism was also discussed,provi-ding factual basis for the subsequent fluorescence detection of antibiotics in other materials.R-CoFe2O4-ONMs,as a fluorescent sensor with good selectivity,anti-interference and cycling properties,are expected to have good application prospects in the detection of quinolone antibiotics.
