摘要

Abstract

A method has been developed for the determination of 16 metal elements in color cosmetics,throughhydrofluoric acid-mtric acid micro-wave digestion followed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Samples were pre-treated using a nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid digestion system,and 34 batches of cosmetics in the makeup category were methodologically validated and tested.The results indicate that the addition of hydrofluoric acid enhances the dissolution of arsenic in cosmetic products,with detection levels significantly surpassing the values established in the"Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications"(2015 edition)(P<0.0001).Furthermore,six elemental ingredients not listed on the product label were identified.In conclusion,the establishment of this detection method system effectively identifies 16 metallic elements in cosmetic products,while also providing an important theoretical foundation for the future revision of the arsenic determination methods in the"Technical Standards for Cosmetic Safety".
