摘要

Abstract

A method for the determination of 29 elements in seaweedby inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was developed.The sample is prepared through microwave digestion,and that performs quantitative analysis through online internal standard calibration.This method is easy to operate,and has fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,and simultaneously determines the content of multiple elements.The re-covery ratesare between 89.7%and 108%.The RSD of the spiked sample isless than 3%(n=3),and the test results are stable.
