摘要

Abstract

The cadmium in soil was determinated Using Hitachi Z-2000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer,The sample was digested with royal water,with mixed acid:10%H2SO4+20%HCl,80 g/L thiourea solution as optimized matrix improvement agent,and the ash temperature of the instrument was 700~750℃,and the atomization temperature was 2200℃ to achieve the best analysis of the performance of cadmium in soil.On the conditions,the detection limit of cadmium in soil was 0.0047 mg/kg.The measured values of soil standard materials are within the allow-able error range of the standard value,the relative error is between 0 and 1.90%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)range is between 2.00%and 3.50%,and the RSD is less than or equal to 5%.The method is accurate and reliable,and meet the requirements of the test method of envi-ronmental soil samples.
