摘要

Abstract

In order to apply the steam mechanical recompression(MVR)evaporation process technology to treat tin containing wastewater,this paper explores the impact of neutralization pH value on tin deposition,explores the scheme to improve the MVR treatment efficiency and the scheme to solve the problem of foam formation in the solution.The best tin settling effect was achieved when the pH value was around 7.Pre-heating the wastewater before entering the MVR system improved the efficiency of MVR treatment,achieved energy saving and consumption re-duction,and solved the problem of easy foaming by returning the mother liquor to the regulating tank for neutralization.The application practice of MVR treatment of tin containing wastewater was successfully realized.
