摘要

Abstract

The deep integration of artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)with film and television industry has be-come a significant trend,particularly in pre-production,where it provides robust technical support for creative expression and content diversification.This paper focuses on innovative applications of AIGC technology in the intelligent generation of dynamic storyboard for film and television.We propose an intelligent production pipeline termed"character/scene generation-storyboard synthesis-dynamic storyboard generation",incorporating techniques such as LoRA fine-tuning,face swapping,sketch-geometric constraints,harmonization algorithms,and multimodal-driven character animation.By utilizing a self-constructed dataset of Tang Dynasty character imagery,the pipeline enables the intelligent generation of dynamic performances of Tang Dynasty court lady from static images,thereby validating the feasibility of this approach.Experimen-tal results demonstrate that the proposed pipeline achieves high-quality dynamic storyboard generation,significantly en-hances production efficiency,effectively aids directors in creative decision-making,and reduces costs while improving effi-ciency in storyboard production.
