Abstract
In order to solve the problems of complex process,low recovery efficiency and excessive ions in the process of traditional industrial ra-diator condensate water recovery,the industrial radiator condensate water recovery system and condensate water conductivity detection system were designed,developed and debugged.The results show that the industrial radiator condensate water recovery system can quickly recover the condensate water produced by the industrial radiator,improve the recovery efficiency of the condensate water and avoid the discharge of the con-densate water.The conductivity detection system of condensate water can monitor the conductivity value of condensate water in real time,and en-sure that the ion content of the recovered condensate water meets the safe operation standard of the boiler through feedback control.It is expected to reduce the discharge of condensed water(91.5 ℃)by 57.36 t per day,and save 88.5 t of standard coal per baking season(150 days).It pro-vides new ideas and methods for the design of industrial radiator condensate water recovery system,which is of great significance to improve the recovery rate of qualified condensate water and realize energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase.关键词
