基于层次分析法的电影专业认证人员能力评价体系研究
Research on the competency evaluation system of film professional certifica-tion personnel based on the analytic hierarchy process

Abstract
Aiming at the current situation of the competencies of certification personnel in the film industry,this paper pro-poses a competency evaluation system for film professional certification personnel.This system clearly defines the job re-sponsibilities and competency requirements of six types of certification personnel,and based on the analytic hierarchy pro-cess(AHP),a professional competency evaluation model for certification personnel with unified benchmarks and objective quantification is established.Through two case examples,this paper illustrates the specific application and advantages of this evaluation system in the evaluation and management of personnel in certification institutions,which can provide theo-retical support and value reference for the construction of professional certification talent teams in the film industry.关键词
