Abstract
In this paper,a modular photoelectric detector array acquisition system is proposed,which can be expanded flexibly according to the demand of laser spot measurement.The system is mainly composed of a photodetector detector array,a signal conditioning module,and a data acquisition module.The refresh rate of detector array is up to 5 kHz.A standardized interface is defined for signal conditioning module,and data acquisition module to meet the needs of system expansion and upgrade.The performance test of the 705 detector array acquisition system based on this design scheme is carried out.The results show that the linearity of the single channel response of the system reached 0.999 97,the relative deviation between the measured laser total power and the standard power meter measurement is within 2%,and the result of the spot distribution measurement met expectations.The system has been successfully applied to laser spot measurement system.关键词
