摘要

Abstract

The aim of this studyis to evaluate the genetic diversity of Onychostoma macrolepis,a spe-cies of national secondary protected wildlife.In this study,restriction site-associated DNA sequencing(RAD-seq)was used to identify 425 205 genome-wide high-confidence population single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)across two populations on the northern and southern slopes of the Qinling Mountains.The expected heterozygosity,nucleotide diversity and polymorphism information content of O.macrolepis on the north slope of the Qinling Mountains were 0.177,0.200 and 0.145,respec-tively,while these three parameters of O.macrolepis on the south slope of the Qinling Mountains were 0.261,0.291 and 0.212,respectively.The population structure analysis revealed a clear contrast in genetic diversity between the two geographical populations.
