基于ARCS模型的师范生毕业论文写作动机培育的策略
Guiding Strategy of Graduation Thesis Writing for Normal University Students Based on ARCS Motivation Theory
摘要
Abstract
The innovative literacy of outstanding normal students is the key cornerstone for cultivating future"excellent teachers of a great nation."The cultivation of motivation for thesis writing among undergraduate pre-service teachers has long faced systemic challenges,including insufficient intrinsic motivation,lack of emotional and belief support and motivational decay.These issues hinder the development of academic literacy and the improvement of thesis quality.The ARCS motivation model follows the principles of learner-centeredness,embodied cognition,and strategic synergy and it has guiding value that cannot be ignored in terms of motivation cultivation.This study proposes practical strategies for motivation cultivation,including"mission internalization,demand alignment,systemic support and competency transfer."It can effectively tap the potential of normal students in thesis writing and promote the development of innovative literacy.关键词
