Bioinformatics analysis of autophagy related genes in endometrial carcinoma and con-struction of prognostic model

Abstract
Objective:Based on bioinformatics,the prognostic value of autophagy-relat-ed genes in endometrial carcinoma was analyzed and sensitive drugs were screened.Methods:Transcriptome expression data and clinical data of patients with endometrial cancer were down-loaded from TCGA data set official website,autophagy-related gene data set was downloaded from Human Autophagy Database,autophagy genes related to prognosis were screened out.Cox risk score model was constructed,nomogram prognosis model was further constructed and drug sensitivity analysis was carried out.Results:A risk score composed of CDKN1A,DRAM1,EIF4EBP1,GRID1 and NAMPT was constructed,which can accurately distinguish high-risk pa-tients from low-risk patients.The nomogram of the prediction model constructed by risk score and age and histological classification can accurately predict the 3-,5-and 7-year survival rates of patients with endometrial cancer.Drug sensitivity analysis screened out 20 sensitive drugs.Conclusion:This study constructs a prognosis model of autophagy-related genes,which can pro-vide clinical guidance for the prognosis evaluation and treatment of endometrial cancer patients.关键词
