新工科背景下基于SC-OBE-CQI理念的混合式教学实施与评价
Implementation and Evaluation of Blended Learning Based on SC-OBE-CQI Concept in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education:A Case Study of the"Roadbed and Pavement Engineering"Course at Hubei Engineering University

Abstract
Under the background of emerging engineering education,the integration of online and offline blended teaching mode based on the SC-OBE-CQI educational concept has become the mainstream approach in new engineering education.This study takes the"Road Subgrade and Pavement Engineering"course at Hubei Engineering University as a case,employing empirical research methods.By constructing a teaching environment of"MOOC+SPOC+Flipped classroom,"an innovative"Three-Three-Three"intelligent teaching model was designed to achieve integrated design,implementation and evaluation of online and offline teaching.The research shows that through curriculum restructuring,teaching method innovation,and evaluation system optimization,the"Three-Three-Three"teaching model effectively addresses issues such as students'diverse learning needs due to varying academic foundations,insufficient classroom participation and the disconnection between teaching,learning and evaluation.As a result,the achievement of course objectives in knowledge exploration,ability cultivation and quality improvement have been significantly enhanced.The research findings provide valuable references and implications for promoting the modernization of higher education and improving the quality of new engineering education.关键词
