Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship of muscle fat ratio,adipocyte chemo-kine,FABP4,leptin and glycolipid metabolism during the second trimester of pregnancy.Meth-ods:A total of 306 pregnant women were selected from March to December 2021 in Hebei Gen-eral Hospital,then the patients were divided into four groups:46 cases were pre-pregnancy over-weight/obesity combined with GDM group,65 cases were overweight/obese patients without GDM group(NGT group),58 cases with normal prepregnancy body mass combined with GDM,137 cases with normal pre-pregnancy body mass without GDM group(NGT group).The body composition during the second trimester of each group was determined,including percentage of body fat,muscle percentage,muscle-body-fat ratio,levels of adipocytokine chemokine,FABP4,leptin,glucose tolerance and blood lipid level.Results:The body fat percentage of GDM and NGT subgroup of overweight and obese group and GDM subgroup of normal pregestational body weight group were significantly higher than NGT subgroup of normal pregestational body weight group,the muscle-body-fat ratio were significantly lower than NGT subgroup of normal pregesta-tional body weight group.The level of chemerin in the GDM and NGT subgroup of overweight and obese group and the GDM subgroup of normal pregestational body weight group was signifi-cantly higher than that in normal NGT group.The leptin in GDM subgroup of normal prepreg-nancy body mass group was significantly lower than that in NGT subgroup of overweight/obese group.Overall correlation analysis showed that the muscle-body-fat ratio was negatively correla-ted with blood glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index and chemerin.Subgroup analy-sis:leptin of prepregnancy overweight/obesity combined with GDM group was negatively corre-lated with OGTT 1-hour blood glucose.There was a positive correlation between leptin and TC in overweight/obese NGT group.In normal body mass GDM subgroup,the muscle-body-fat ratio was negatively correlated with TG,FABP4 was positively correlated with LDL,and chemerin was positively correlated with HDL.In normal body mass NGT subgroup,the muscle-body-fat ratio was negatively correlated with LDL,and the chemerin was negatively correlated with insulin and insulin resistance index.Conclusion:The muscle-body-fat ratio of overweight/obese or GDM women is significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women.The risk of GDM was de-creased with the increase of muscle-body fat ratio.Chemerin and leptin play roles through the glycolipid metabolic pathway.关键词
