基于根因分析法的管理对医院环境表面清洁消毒效果的影响
Effect of management based on root cause analysis on surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of root cause analysis in surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment.Methods The cleaning staff in the inpatient department of a military tertiary general hospital were selected as the research objects.The problems existing in surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment were analyzed by root cause analysis,and the root causes were found out to formulate corresponding intervention measures.The intervention effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey,behavioral observation and fluorescent labeling method.Results The results of root cause analysis showed that the lack of cleaning and disinfection knowledge in cleaning staff,insufficient cleaning equipment and imperfect supervision system were the main factors affecting the effect of surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment.After taking comprehensive intervention measures,the overall awareness rate of surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment in cleaning staff increased from 51.37％to 87.32％,and the overall accuracy rate of cleaning and disinfection behavior increased from 37.42％before intervention to 75.68％after intervention.The qualified rate of cleaning quality at 16 high-frequency contact sites increased from 36.53％before intervention to 73.03％after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion The root cause analysis can be used to find out the root causes of the effect of surface cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment.Comprehensive measures such as strengthening training for cleaning staff,supplementing cleaning equipment regularly and improving the supervision system can be used to improve the effect of cleaning and disinfection of hospital environment.关键词
