大一新生强迫症人格筛查的计算机自适应测验模型研究
Study on computerized adaptive testing model of personality screening for obsessive-compulsive disorder in freshmen
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the computerized adaptive testing(CAT)model and realization path,method and process for trait screening in high-risk population of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods In accordance with the standard CAT research paradigm,including item bank construction,initial item selection,item selection strategy,parameter estimation,termination rules and other technical steps,this study compared the results of CAT simulation research with those of real situation research,and finally validated the effectiveness of CAT screening model through empirical research.Results A complete set of screening item bank for high-risk population of OCD was established,including 101 items,all of which met the psychometric requirements.A practical and effective CAT system for trait screening of high-risk population of OCD was developed,and the results of a large sample empirical study showed that the system was efficient and robust,had no stalling,and could obtain the test results and process information of subjects immediately and accurately.Conclusion Compared with the traditional measurement methods,CAT method has greatly improved the measurement accuracy and test efficiency,greatly enhancing the interest of testers in answering items,and effectively reducing the operating costs of screening tests,such as human and material resources.关键词
