调环酸钙对盐胁迫下千屈菜幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of Prohexadione-Calcium on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Lythrum salicaria Seedlings under Salt Stress

Abstract
This studyexplores the effects of prohexadione calcium(Pro-Ca)on seedlings of Lythrum salicaria under salt stress and aims to determine the optimal concentration of Pro-Ca for improving salt tolerance.Foliar spraying of different concentrations(0,50,100,150,200 mg·L-1)of Pro-Ca was investigated for its effect on growth characteristics,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity,and the accumulation of osmoregulation substance in the seedlings.The results showed that salt stress inhibited normal growth of L.salicaria seedlings.However,the exogenous application of Pro-Ca alle-viated the inhibition of salt stress on the seedling growth,with the root length,plant height and fresh mass increased by 37.4%,20.7%and 39.6%,respectively,compared with the salt stress control;Pro-Ca treatment also upregulated chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and hydrogen oxide enzyme(CAT)activities in the leaves,inhibitied the accumulation of per-oxides in plant cells and reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).Pro-Ca promoted the accu-mulation of osmoregulation substances,with the soluble protein and proline contents in the leaves of L.salicaria seedlings increased by 41%and 46.2%,respectively.Principal component analysis showed that foliar spraying of exogenous Pro-Ca had a beneficial regulatory effect on the seedlings' re-sistance to salt stress.In conclusion,it is suggested that under salt stress,Pro-Ca enhances salt toler-ance in Lythrum salicaria seedlings by increasing antioxidant enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,and osmoregulatory substance levels,while reducing MDA content to protect cell integrity,thereby en-hancing the salt tolerance ability of L.salicaria seedlings.Spraying 100 mg·L-1 of exogenous calci-um cyclamate can significantly enhance the salt tolerance of L.salicaria seedlings.关键词
