摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the application of nano-fluorescent materials in the field of lip print visual detection has been increasing,leading to the development of lip print fluorescence nano-visualization technology.This technology has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high resolution,high stability,strong fluorescence performance,and high biocompatibility.Therefore,this review provides a detailed summary of the research progress and hot topics in lip print fluorescence nano-visualization detection both domestically and internationally,from the perspectives of visualization materials and effect evaluation.In terms of visualization materials,it highlights the applications of lip print visual detection analysis based on ordinary fluorescent powder,fluorescent carbon nano-powder,and rare earth luminescent nanomaterials.In terms of effect evaluation,it analyzes the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of lip print visual detection using fluorescent nano-materials from the perspectives of contrast,sensitivity,selectivity,and toxicity,and summarizes the factors affecting visualization effects.Finally,it proposes a new outlook for the future development direction of lip print fluorescence nano-visualization detection:focusing on the preparation of composite fluorescent materials;the issue of non-destructive DNA extraction technology in lip print visual detection;and to enhance the evidential value of lip prints.
