摘要

Abstract

Based on butadiene-isoprene rubbers of different Mooney viscosities,the relationships of different rheological parameters for raw rubbers,uncured compounds and crosslinking reaction in the synthetic rubber application were studied.The results show that:Mooney viscosity of raw rubber,MVraw rubber,shows an exponential relationship with the area under the relaxation curve(A)(MVraw rubber=72.39lg A-129.76)and the frequency(MVraw rubber=-30.205lg fc+24.97)corresponding to τrep(fc)with the R2>0.98.The Mooney viscosity of rubber composites,MVcompound,is dominated by MVraw rubber,and the relative parameters of MVraw rubber,MVcompound,ML and G'γ=100%display linear relationships;the R2 of MVcompound with ML and G'γ=100%are 0.9474 and 0.954,respectively;and the R2 for other parameters is between 0.9722 and 0.9908.The scorch behavior of rubber composites is influenced by molecular weight of raw rubber;the higher MVraw rubber results in short scorch time and higher torque,but it hardly affects the crosslinking rate(MCR),and the R2 between MCR and all other rheological parameters is below 0.1.
