A Safety Helmet Wearing Recognition Device Based on K210

Abstract
A safety helmet wearing detection method based on K210 chip is proposed to address the issue of whether power grid operators wear safety helmets in a standardized manner.The CH32V307 main control ship is used as the core controller and K210 is used as the machine vision core to construct a lightweight network MobileNet V1.The MaixHub website is used to train the feature recognition model,and the microcontroller outputs pulse width modulation(PWM)signals to the L298N drive module to drive the motor to rotate the pan tilt zoom.Real-time monitoring,identification and final correct display on the Sipeed screen whether the operators are wearing safety helmets properly,and voice alarms are broadcasted through the SYN6288 voice module.Experimental verification has demonstrated that the proposed method has a higher intarget detection accuracy rate,and can accurately recognize whether the target is wearing a safety helmet.关键词
