Research on Archive Informatization Management by Combining AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract
In the development process of enterprise units,the scattered and complex archive information makes their manage-ment mode face business problems of personnel configuration and system development.Archive information management is a powerful proof of the information assets and development value of enterprise units.With the innovative development of the times,the construction and utilization of archive information can effectively measure and evaluate the management capabilities of enterprise units.This paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to divide the levels and indicators of traditional ar-chive management mode,and combines employee questionnaire surveys and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the weight indicators of archive management.The result shows that in the evaluation of the optimized archive man-agement mode,the result of excellent evaluation economy of information management is 0.7,and the proportion of excellent evaluation of management mode is 50.03％.The excellent evaluation of archive management process accounts for 37.28％.The integrity and filing rate score of archives in the quality and efficiency of archive management reach 0.4 and 0.6,respectively,and the excellent evaluation accounts for 45.83％.From the perspective of comprehensive optimized management indicators,the proposed archive information management of collaborative office automation system has advantages and provides a solid foundation for the information development and management construction of enterprise units.关键词
