突发光气中毒急救处置策略
Emergency response strategies for sudden phosgene poisoning
摘要
Abstract
Phosgene is a typical representative of asphyxiating chemical warfare agent,which was widely used in World War Ⅰ and World War Ⅱ.At the same time,phosgene is also an important chemical raw material,which is widely used in the fields of plastics,tanning and pharmaceuticals.The annual output of phosgene in China reaches millions of tons,and leakage accidents occur frequently,causing huge losses to human life and property.In addition,after phosgene leakage,mass poisoning is often caused.Persons exposed to phosgene can cause acute lung injury.If not treated in time,the mortality rate is extremely high.The disease progresses rapidly,the time is tight,the task is heavy,and the rescue work is difficult.Therefore,rapid response and effective treatment after phosgene poisoning are of great significance for reducing the casualties of poisoning.Based on the latest literature progress on phosgene,this paper focuses on the key points of on-site first aid,in-hospital treatment and post-hospital rehabilitation of acute phosgene poisoning,in order to provide a strong guarantee for the disposal of phosgene leakage during production,storage and transportation.关键词
