Study on the Path of Quality Management Standardization to Comprehensively Improve the Quality of Construction Projects
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous increase in the scale and complexity of construction projects,traditional quality management models are no longer able to meet the new requirements of industrial development.Standardization of quality management,as an important means to improve the quality of construction projects,has achieved scientific and refined quality management through standardized operating procedures,unified technical standards,and optimized management systems.This article analyzes the application of quality management standardization in key aspects of construction projects and proposes the main measures for implementing standardization,including improving the quality management system,strengthening personnel training,and promoting information and intelligent means.In addition,it explores how to solve practical problems in construction project quality management through standardized means and achieve comprehensive quality improvement of construction projects.关键词
