摘要
Abstract
In highway engineering construction,mechanized construction is an important means to reduce labor intensity,improve efficiency,reduce cost,speed up project progress,ensure project quality and save investment.However,at present,there are many waste phenomena in highway engineering construction,such as the waste of time,manpower and material resources,which seriously affects the benefit of the project.Therefore,the introduction of standardized construction of highway machinery based on lean concept can achieve fine management of construction process,reduce unnecessary links and waiting time,and improve construction efficiency.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of standardization construction of highway machinery under lean concept,and discusses the corresponding construction strategies,in order to provide new management ideas and practical guidance for highway engineering construction.关键词
