摘要

Abstract

The molecular structure of hesperetin was explored.The infrared(MIR)spectroscopy experiments(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,derivative MIR spectroscopy,and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy)on the molecular structure of hesperetin were conducted.The results showed that the infrared absorption modes of the molecular structure of hesperetin include:v(C—H-hesperetin-deconvolution),vas(CH3-hesperetin-deconvolution),vas(CH2-hesperetin-deconvolution),vs(CH3-hesperetin-deconvolution),vs(CH2-hesperetin-deconvolution),v(C=O-hesperetin-deconvolution),v(C=C-hesperetin-deconvolution),δ(CH2-hesperetin-deconvolution),δas(CH3-hesperetin-deconvolution),δs(CH3-hesperetin-deconvolution),and ρ(CH2-hesperetin-deconvolution).The spectral resolution of deconvoluted MIR spectra of hesperetin mo-lecular structure is superior to one-dimensional MIR spectra and derivative MIR spectra.MIR spectroscopy can quickly conduct molecular struc-ture research on hesperetin.
