Abstract
In order to solve the problem of fire insulation of steel structure buildings,acrylic emulsion was used as the film-forming substance,ti-tanium dioxide,sericite,zinc borate,hollow microbeads and other thermal insulation materials were used as thermal insulation materials,pentae-rythritol,ammonium polypolyphosphate,chlorinated paraffin,pigment filler and other fireproof materials were used as fireproof materials,and some solvents and additives were added to prepare an intumescent thermal insulation-fireproof compound coating.The effects of coating thickness and curing method on the properties of the composite coating such as heat insulation,high-temperature fire roasting protection,salt spray resist-ance,and damp heat resistance were discussed,and the thermal insulation and fire protection mechanism of the compound coating materials were discussed.The results show that when the fireproof coating of the thermal insulation coating is 2.2 mm,the performance of the thermal insula-tion-fireproof composite coating is the best.The coating performance of the compound coating material is best when it is cured at room tempera-ture.The cold surface temperature was 122.3 ℃ at 850℃ and 15 min,and 167.0℃at 1000 ℃.According to the GJB 150A standard,the salt spray resistance,damp heat resistance,and high temperature resistance of the intumescent heat insulation-fire composite coating are up to stand-ard,and the coating material has no cracks,falling off,bubbling and other phenomena.关键词
