Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in elderly patients with severe heart failure in emergency department.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with severe heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)admitted to the Emergency Department of Zhouqu County People's Hospital,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the differences in treatment plans,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment scheme,and the observation group was given standardized treatment plan combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,heart function and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output per minute(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were compared between the two groups.The CO,LVEF and SV were higher in the observation group,and the LVEDD was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of chest and hypochondriac pain,palpitation shortness of breath and lower limb edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients with severe heart failure,improve the heart function of patients,and relieve the symptoms of chest and hypochondriac pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,and edema of lower limbs.关键词
