Effect of standardized Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in Pingding Town Health Center of Zhouqu County,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing.The indexes of cardiac function,self-management ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The cardiac function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure significantly improves the cardiac function index of patients and the self-management ability of patients,optimizes the quality of life,and wins the high satisfaction of patients.This nursing model is of great significance for promoting the rehabilitation of patients and improving the quality of life.关键词
