Abstract
[Objective]To understand the health knowledge,health behaviors,and health skills of employees in petrochemical enterprises,provi-ding a scientific basis for improving their health literacy levels and implementing targeted interventions.[Method]An universal survey method was adopted,and a self-compiled questionnaire was used to evaluate the employeeshealth literacyaof petrochemical enterprise in 2024.[Results]The levels of health literacy of basic knowledge and concepts,health skills,and healthy lifestyles and behavioral were 77.76％,59.49％and 58.78％,respectively.The literacy levels of the six health problems were as follows:safety and first aid literacy(85.90％),scientific health concept literacy(82.24％),infectious disease-specific literacy(64.74％),chronic disease-specific literacy(61.15％),health information liter-acy(60.96％),and basic medicalliteracy(48.08％).[Conclusion]The health literacy level of older employees is higher thanyounger employ-eers,and the health literacy level with high education is higher than that of those with low education.So it is necessary to strengthen the health knowledge popularization of petrochemical employees,improve the daily life behavior habits,and improve the the health literacy level of that weak employees.关键词
