摘要

Abstract

In order to deeply explore the influence of rubber compound modified asphalt on the performance of different graded asphalt mixtures,this study prepared compound modified asphalt(18%of micronized rubber particles and 3.5%of SBS)through industrial trial production and laboratory process,and investigated its basic performance.Meanwhile,this study also evaluated the road performance of open-graded SMA-13 and dense-graded AC-13 asphalt mixtures and analyzed the performance comparison with SBS asphalt mixtures.The test data indicated that the retro-fitted asphalt SMA-13 and AC-13 mixtures performed better in terms of road performance.In view of the SMA-13 mixture in the high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature resistance to bending and water stability and other aspects of the excellent performance,and comprehensive Anlin Highway in the region of the environmental external conditions,taking into account the cost of materials,build the corresponding economic model,the SMA-13 retrofit asphalt mixtures and SBS modified asphalt mixtures of the economic benefits of a quantitative analysis.The results show that the retrofit asphalt mixture is higher in the comprehensive cost-effective index.
