摘要
Abstract
Taking a transportation engineering project as an example,the Delphi method and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)are applied to systematically analyze and evaluate the major project management factors that influence construction progress.The results show that key factors include schedule planning,financial factors,organizational coordination,materi-als and equipment,and human resources.Among them,schedule planning has the greatest impact on construction progress and is the focus of management optimization.Financial factors and organizational coordination,as secondary factors,play a key role in resource allocation and implementation.Based on the research results,targeted improvement measures are proposed.These measures effectively improve the level of project management,ensure the smooth progress of construction pro-gress.The results also provide reference for similar project management practices.关键词
