Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early standardized nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 80 hemodialysis patients admitted to Zhouqu County People's Hospital,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from March 2023 to March 2024 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received early standardized nursing.The quality of life,health belief and incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life(SF-36)score between the two groups(P<0.05),and after nursing,the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in health belief score between the two groups(P<0.05),but after nursing,the health belief score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of arteriovenous fistula in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early standardized nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis patients is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing and implementing.关键词
