Abstract
Under the background of the implementation of Railway Safety Management Regulations of Jiangsu Province,in view of the current problems faced by the environmental governance along railways in Jiangsu Province,propose a long-term governance mechanism and corresponding model,which can provide reliable basis and effective ways for the local govern-ment to effectively meet the requirements of the national safety management along the railway and implement the railway safe-ty management responsibilities.关键词
