标准化健康教育联合团体心理护理在精神障碍患者中的应用
Application of Standardized Health Education Combined with Group Psychological Nursing in Patients with Mental Disorders

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of standardized health education combined with group psychological nursing in the treatment of patients with mental disorders.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mental disorders treated in 904th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized health education combined with group psychological nursing on this basis.The changes of mental symptom score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were observed.Results:After intervention,psychiatric symptom score of the observation group was lower than that the control group,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized health education combined with group psychological nursing can improve the psychological problems of patients with mental disorders and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
