标准化积极心理学团体护理改善双相情感障碍患者状况的效果观察
Effect of Standardized Positive Psychology Group Nursing on Improving the Condition of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of standardized positive psychology group nursing on patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:A total of 66 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the 904th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized positive psychology group nursing.The results of different nursing interventions were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HEIQ and SRHMS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized positive psychology group nursing can improve the positive degree and mental health of patients with bipolar disorder,improve their mentality,and promote the improvement of disease prognosis.关键词
