Clinical Efficacy of Standardized Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Rectal Cancer and its Influence on Stress Response Indexes of Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of standardized laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of rectal cancer and its influence on the stress response index of patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with rectal cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou City from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine open surgery,and the observation group was treated with standardized laparoscopic surgery.Surgery-related indexes and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgery related indexes and stress response indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and stress response index,and can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
