摘要

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the effects of Radix Bupleuri extract on the production performance,antioxidant capacity,and immune function of dairy cows.There were four experimental groups in the experiment.The cows in the first three experimental groups were fed with 1.5,3.0 and 4.5 g/kg Radix Bupleuri extract in their daily feed,while the cows in the control group were only fed with a basic diet.The results showed that:the production performance of cows in the treatment group with 3.0 g/kg Radix Bupleuri extract was significantly higher than that in the control group;Adding 3.0 and 4.5 g/kg Radix Bupleuri extract to daily feed can significantly improve the quality of cow milk.Adding 1.5~4.5 g/kg Radix Bupleuri extract to daily feed can significantly enhance the antioxidant potential of dairy cows;Adding 1.5 and 3.0 g/kg Radix Bupleuri extract to daily feed can significantly improve the immune ability of cows.It can be concluded that adding 3.0 g/kg of Radix Bupleuri extract to the daily feed of cows can enhance their production performance,improve antioxidant and immune abilities.
