Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application value of standardized continuous nursing scheme for elderly patients with prostate cancer after operation.Methods:56 elderly patients with prostate cancer treated in Hunan Cancer Hospital from February 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received standardized continuous nursing interventions.The quality of life and self-efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of role function,social function,emotional function,physical function,cognitive function and overall quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized continuous nursing scheme for elderly patients with prostate cancer after operation has higher clinical application value.关键词
