冠心病心衰合并膀胱炎患者应用标准化护理的效果观察
Effect Observation of Standardized Nursing in Patients with Coronary Heart Failure Complicated with Cystitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing for patients with coronary heart failure combined with cystitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with coronary heart failure combined with cystitis admitted to Red Flag Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from December 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received standardized nursing mode on this basis.Nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction of patients,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and higher quality of life score,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with CHD and heart failure combined with cystitis,standardized nursing has significant effects,which can effectively improve patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.关键词
