摘要

Abstract

Brucellosis is one of zoonotic diseases that seriously threaten human health.Using vaccines and improving diagnostic accuracy are the most effective means for brucellosis prevention and control.At present,the most common live brucellosis vaccine in cattle in the world is the live brucellosis vaccine(S19 strain),and the most commonly used live brucellosis vaccine in China is the live brucellosis vaccine(A19 strain).In order to find a quick and accurate way to distinguish the two vaccines,this study compared the two experiments by bacterial culture and PCR identification.The results showed that the two strains could be distinguished in the utilization of erythritol.
