碱性蛋白酶在动物骨骼标本制作上的技术探索与应用
Technical Exploration and Application of Alkaline Protease in the Preparation of Animal Skeletal Specimens

Abstract
In the process of preparing animal skeletal specimens,the decomposition of muscle tissue is a crucial step to ensure the integrity of the bones.However,traditional methods are often cumbersome and time-consuming.Given the efficiency and convenience demonstrated by alkaline protease in the preparation of human skeletal specimens,it can be extended to the preparation of animal skeletal specimens.To explore the appropriate dosage and time control of alkaline protease in the preparation of skeletal specimens from animals of different sizes,this experiment selected the skulls of Jiami donkeys,Shaanbei white cashmere goats,dogs,macaques,and rabbits as experimental subjects.The muscle tissue was dissected to 90%removal,and 15 rabbit skulls were used as samples to investigate the effects of alkaline protease at different times and concentrations.Furthermore,the effects of the same concentration of protease preparation on the skulls of different animals were explored.By analyzing the results of alkaline protease treatment on the skulls of different animals and the skulls of the same species,it was found that a 0.6%concentration of alkaline protease solution had a good decomposition effect on the soft tissue of small animal skulls.As the size of the skull increased,the processing time needed to be extended accordingly to achieve the best decomposition effect.This study aims to provide a scientific basis for the practical application of alkaline protease in the preparation of animal skeletal specimens.关键词
