Abstract
The objective of this study was to evaluate the application of different hybrid immunization techniques in the prevention and control of avian influenza in laying hens through comparative experiments.Nongda No.3 laying hens with the same age and the same chicken house were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group, with 300 laying hens in each group.Within 30 days after the first immunization, the number of eggs and average body weight of the experimental group vaccinated at the same time exceeded that of the control group vaccinated separately. After 15 days, both groups achieved 100%antibody qualification rate, and the dispersion was low.Within 30 days, the avian influenza antibody level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, while the Newcastle disease antibody level was the opposite. After 44 days, avian influenza antibodies in the control group reached a peak and lasted for 45 days, while the experimental group maintained 60 days. After 90 days, the control group had slightly higher antibodies to H5-13,H5-14,and H7-4,and the antibodies to Newcastle disease were comparable.Simultaneous vaccination can increase the number of eggs produced and body weight of laying hens, and rapidly increase and maintain the antibody level of laying hens for a long time.关键词
